Exhibition Requirements:

1. Artwork Dimensions: Each artwork must be within 80x80x80 cm (including frame).

2. Participation Fee: NT$72,600 per artwork (including tax).

3. Logistics:

   • Outbound Shipping: From the artist’s location to Chengdu, China.

   • Return Shipping: From Tokyo, Japan to the artist’s location (artists must arrange their own shipping company).

   • Fragile Items: If submitting fragile or breakable sculptures, ensure proper packaging (wooden crate, bubble wrap, cushioning material, and final outer carton). International shipping will not cover damages. Prefer unframed paintings if possible; if framed, avoid aluminum frames, deep frames, or glass.

Application Process:

1. Complete Application Form: Fill out the form on Google Forms and attach images of your artwork.

2. Pay Application Fee: Transfer the application fee to the designated account along with the completed application form.

3. Artwork Review: A jury will review the submitted artworks and notify selected artists.

4. Artwork Shipping: Selected artists must arrange and pay for shipping their artworks to the designated collection point in China and provide shipping documentation.

5. Exhibition Opening: Artists are invited to attend the opening ceremony and related events during the exhibition period.

• Review Notification Date: Two weeks after the review.

• Artwork Shipping Deadline: April 15, 2025.

• Exhibition Dates: May 29, 2025 – June 4, 2025.
